following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. App and Services
SpoiledPets provides various pet care services, including mobile grooming and other petrelated features. We may modify, add, or remove services at any time without prior
notice.
2. User Registration
To use SpoiledPets, you must create an account with accurate information, including your
full name, phone number, email address, and any required pet details. You are
responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity that occurs
under your account.
3. Payments, Refunds, Waiting Time & Service Policies
Payments can be made by credit card or cash at the time of service. Payments are nonrefundable. In certain cases, SpoiledPets may issue a promo code of equal or lesser value
for future use.
We reserve the right to process payments from our end in cases of unjust behavior,
refusal to pay, if the pet requires additional work (such as excessive matting, size,
behavior difficulties, or any factor that increases grooming time or effort), or if a pet
appears too old or unfit for service. In such cases, we may cancel the appointment on the
spot.
All clients receive the same waiting time upon the team’s arrival. If this time ends and the pet is
not handed over, the service will be marked as completed, and the full service amount will be
charged.
Appointment Time Slots: All time slots shown in the app represent an estimated arrival
window—not an exact start time. Example: If your slot displays 8:30–9:30, your appointment
may begin anytime within that window. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, previous
appointments, road conditions, or unforeseen situations. This does not affect or change any fee
policies. Clients must be fully ready during their entire scheduled time window.
4. Liability
By using SpoiledPets, you agree that the app and its team are not responsible for
accidents, injuries, illnesses, property damage, or losses occurring during or after service.
This includes pet reactions, stress-related issues, or underlying health conditions that may
appear during grooming. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or
unlawful conduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software—is owned
by SpoiledPets and protected by copyright laws. Copying or using content without
written permission is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, treat our team and other users respectfully,
avoid fraudulent activity or harassment, and not attempt to hack or interfere with the app.
Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Privacy Policy
By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, store, and
protect your information.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes will be
handled by Lebanese courts.
9. Updates to Terms
SpoiledPets may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you
accept the updated terms.
